30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging and all included components. You must also provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Email info@diykitnest.com before sending any item. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Return locations may vary, so items sent without prior approval or to an unconfirmed address may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described, contact us promptly. Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs or other relevant information so we can assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be replacement parts, a replacement product, repair or a refund.

Customised and Personalised Products

Customised or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This exclusion does not apply where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or obtain another remedy.

Exchanges

If an item is eligible for return and you want a different product, the quickest option is normally to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. Discounts, coupons and gift value used for the purchase are not redeemable for cash.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, email us within 24 hours after placing the order. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing has begun, and an order that has already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
