These Terms of Service (âTermsâ) govern your use of diykitnest.com and purchases from DIYKitNest. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You may not use the Site or products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with Site security, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights or submit false or misleading information.
3. Product Information
We try to describe and display products accurately. Colours and details may vary because of screen settings, handmade components, manufacturing updates or reasonable production tolerances. Product measurements and images are illustrative unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or quantity limits. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
5. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices and available currencies are displayed on the Site and may change before an order is placed. Shipping charges and applicable taxes shown at checkout form part of the order total. Import duties and taxes may be payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly says they are included. Payment is processed by authorised third-party providers.
6. Customised Products
You are responsible for checking names, text, images, options and other specifications supplied for a customised or personalised product. Production may begin soon after an order is accepted. Customised and personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This does not affect remedies for goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, customs and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Eligibility and procedures are described in our Refund Policy. Any mandatory cancellation, repair, replacement or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Accounts and Information
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing current, complete and accurate order and contact information.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, software and other content are owned by or licensed to DIYKitNest and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another personâs rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display that content for operating and promoting the Site.

The Site may contain links or access to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
13. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, change or suspend parts of the Site. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, but this does not affect obligations relating to accepted orders.
14. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable law.
17. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted and do not reduce rights relating to an order already accepted unless permitted by law.
