Is there a difference between an Order Number and a Tracking Number?
Yes. Your Order Number identifies your purchase with DIYKitNest, while the Tracking Number is issued for the shipment. Use the Tracking Number to follow your package's delivery progress.
Where can I find my Tracking Number?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Customized products may require additional processing time. Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping update containing the Tracking Number. You can also sign in with the email used at checkout to view available tracking information.
Why doesn't my Tracking Number show any shipping information?
Shipping confirmation emails can be sent before the carrier completes its first scan. Tracking information may need 24–72 hours to appear. Please wait and check again later.
Do customized products take longer?
Yes. Customized or personalized products may need additional preparation time before shipment. We will email you as soon as tracking becomes available.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated shipping time is 5–10 days after dispatch. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather, and peak seasons may affect delivery.
